I had a really tough day yesterday that caused me to screw up a nap or two and then sleep through the night.
I was just too dog fatigued to consider another night getting back onto a schedule.
Tonight I’m back to the core and naps.

Winter is on it’s way out. Thank goodness. I’ve not had a good time of it this year, and had flu a few times.
But things are warming up, and I’ve begun exercising again.
Time to step things up again.
Starting tonight, I’m going to ease into polyphasic sleep starting with some core.
